Interesting Facts
Legend has it that the first grape harvest took place around the time Mendoza was founded. It was then, in 1858, that the Hereford cattle arrived in Argentina from England. The Malbec grapes are hand-picked. After destemming and cold maceration, the grapes are fermented in steel for 15 days.
