Interesting Facts
The wine blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes. The vines are planted at a density of 9,000 vines per hectare and are 30 years old on average. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled concrete tanks and then macerated for four weeks with daily pumping. The wine is aged in Allier, Nevers and Troncas oak barrels for 18 months.
