The minimum age of cognac distillate is 20 years. The Pierre Vallet cognac line is produced by Chateau de Montifaud (founded in 1866), belongs to the Vallet family, whose members have been creating excellent spirits for six generations. All products are made on the territory of the family castle, in strict accordance with the secret recipe and long-standing traditions. Cognacs Pierre Vallet are named after the great-grandfather, the founder of the company. The Valle family wanted to show their gratitude to their great-grandfather for the work done and efforts to restore the vineyard after phylloxera.
