Interesting Facts
This non-alcoholic wine is made from the Monastrell grape variety, harvested in the vineyards of the Jumilla region. Fermentation lasts 6-8 days at a controlled temperature of 26-28 degrees. Maceration on the skins lasts 5-10 days. The alcohol is then extracted using an innovative process that preserves the organoleptic properties of the wine.
