Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control (between 28-30 ° C), until the desired level of sweetness is reached. At this point, grape brandy is added to the wort to stop fermentation and final fixation of the wine. The blend consists of samples aged in oak for at least 3 years.
