Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the vineyards of the Lleida Valley. The harvest is done manually, then the berries undergo careful sorting, and then are subjected to pressing and cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12-13 ° C and lasts 25 days. The wine is aged on the lees with regular batonnage for 4 months.
