Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the company's vineyards in the Jumilla region. The grapes are harvested from vines that are over 25 years old, when the grapes have reached optimum ripeness. Fermentation takes place at a strictly controlled temperature in stainless steel.
