Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September in the vineyards of the province of Rimini in Emilia Romagna. 40% of the wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. This bright, fresh Sangiovese is the perfect accompaniment to classic Italian dishes.
