Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Pinot Noir. After 2 hours of maceration in the press, the grapes are carefully pressed. Only gravity must and the first press fractions are used. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 14 days. Aging for 3 months on yeast sediment takes place with constant batonnage.
