Interesting Facts
The Mâconnais vineyard is located in the south of Burgundy and has a milder climate than others. Mâconnais covers the hills and valleys of more than 80 villages and stretches for more than 35 kilometers. Albert Bichot's Mâcon Village represents the elegant, soft side of Chardonnay. The wine is aged in barrels for 8 months.
