Interesting Facts
Erbavolio wine is produced 100% from the local (autochthonous) variety of the Piedmont region - Erbaluche. Vineyards are located on 10 hectares in the Gemme region. Harvesting is done by hand, after the berries are sent to the winery in small boxes. Fermentation of the wine takes place at a low temperature in order to preserve the fruity character of Erbaluche. Before bottling, the wine is aged for 5 months in stainless steel.
