Interesting Facts
The wine is made from berries picked from 25-year-old vines. The harvest is hand-picked, placing the bunches in small boxes of 22 kg. Only the first pressing juice is used for production. 70% of the wine is aged in small barrels of both American and French oak for 12 months.
