Interesting Facts
Wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown using organic technologies in the Bakhchisarai region of Crimea. Fermentation of the wine takes place for 14 days in stainless steel tanks with automatic fermentation temperature control of 14-18 °C. At the end of fermentation - batonnage once a week, with aging on a yeast pit for 3 months before bottling.
