Interesting Facts
Appellation Chablis surrounds the village of the same name within a radius of 15 kilometers. The vines are planted on low hills with different exposures. Thanks to the limestone soils, the unique microclimate and the varietal characteristics of the Chardonnay variety, local wines are famous for their piercing, crisp acidity. After fermentation, Chablis Albert Bichot is aged for 10 months on yeast lees.
