Interesting Facts
This wine is a blend of fruit sourced from the Marcala area on the west coast of Sicily, and from high altitude hillsidevineyards near Alcamo. Gentle pressing, cool, slow fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine was bottled young after a short period of agening on fine lees in stainless steel.
