Interesting Facts
The wine is produced from 2 vineyards – with northern and southern exposures. The harvest is done manually. After careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and sent to stainless steel vats. The must spends 2 to 3 weeks there, with constant pumping. After pressing, malolactic fermentation in oak and steel follows. The wine is aged in French oak barrels (33% new, 33% second fill, 34% third and fourth fill) for 23 months.
