The complex production and blending process, selected rums aged twelve years, the use of oak barrels from Pedro Ximenez for finishing aging: it is difficult to single out one thing that makes this rum unique. To preserve the integrity of the richness of the organoleptic characteristics of the rum, it is bottled directly from the barrels, in the cellar, under the light of the waning moon.
