Vineyard "Vina 25" is located on the road to Sanlúcar in the heart of southeastern Andalusia and covers an area of 25 acres. This vineyard has a kind of exposure that allows it to stay in the sunlight for as long as possible. Sherry is made exclusively from Pedro Jimenez grapes, which are first dried in the sun almost to the state of raisins. Its fermentation is deliberately interrupted by the addition of strong alcohol in order to maintain the natural sugar level. The wine is aged in oak barrels of the Solera system of 1918 for 12 years. Sherry "Vina 25" is a unique and inimitable wine that represents the true essence of its homeland.
