"Candela" Cream is exactly the drink that you want to enjoy in a comfortable armchair under a warm blanket, during a pleasant friendly conversation or even alone with an interesting book. It combines the best old sherry Oloroso (85%) and sweet sherry Pedro Jimenez (15%). For the production of these sherries, grapes from two different sites are used. The first is Montegilillo, whose land has an ideal composition for growing Palomino grapes. The second, Las Cruces, with sandy soils, produces an amazing harvest of Muscat and Pedro Jimenez varieties. Being in oak barrels for 8 years, the Candela Cream sherry acquires a velvety tonic taste with pleasant sweetness and refreshing acidity. With this, he only confirms the assertion that sherry is the real "king of aperitifs".
