VallDolina Reserva Brut Nature - sparkling wine made from three traditional varieties used in Cava DO, namely Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, complemented by a small amount of Chardonnay. Located on Mount Garraf, the vines are grown in accordance with the principles of organic winemaking. The soil is composed of red clay and limestone. After harvesting, the wine was vinified and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation took place in a bottle. Finally, VallDolina Reserva Brut Nature was aged for 24 months on lees. Production - 20,000 bottles.
