This delicious sparkling wine spends a very long time (at least 2 years) in the cellar. Long exposure to yeast sediment allows you to produce the most powerful and rich wine farms. The blend is made up of Chardonnay from the Rosemary vineyard, as well as Charello and Macabeo, traditional for the region. Due to the incredible quality of the latest vintages, the Colet House has become one of the most sought after not only in Catalonia, but throughout Spain.
