Interesting Facts
The vineyards are located in Marsala, in western Sicily. Zibibbo vines, over 20 years old, are planted using the cordon system. The harvest begins in September. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in terracotta amphorae in contact with the skins. The wine is also aged in amphorae, and then in bottles in the wine cellar.
