Wine made from the "field harvest" is considered traditional for the winemaking of Vienna, but until recently this tradition was in decline. Rainer Christ was at the forefront of the creation of the Gemischter Satz DAC and contributed to the revival of this wine and the improvement of its quality. Extract of wine takes place for 6 months in steel vats.
