Interesting Facts
After fermentation at a controlled temperature (27ºC) for 10 days, the wine is aged for 15 days in steel vats filled with pulp. Malolactic fermentation begins in barrels, where the wine undergoes a long aging period of 12 months. The final stage of aging occurs when the bottles are immersed in the Arade River for six months.
