Interesting Facts
The grapes for this wine are collected from three sites bordering Volnay Premiers Cru, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The soils here are represented by a large amount of clay on a limestone substrate. The wine undergoes long aging in French oak for 12-16 months. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling.
