Interesting Facts
The collection consists of 7 names of single-segment wines created using a special technology. Grapes from their own vineyards were specially left on the vine to increase the concentration of sugars in the berries. Late harvesting was done manually. Fermentation was carried out in temperature-controlled containers and when certain conditions of alcohol content and sugar content were reached, fermentation was stopped by lowering the temperature. As a result, a bright, multidimensional, naturally semi-sweet wine with a harmonious and deep taste with natural, natural sweetness is born.
