Interesting Facts
Teroldego is the most famous red wine produced in Trentino, known as the "Prince of Trentino". Pressing occurs after separation from the ridges. Fermentation of the wort at a controlled temperature of 25 °C takes place over 12-13 days. The total aging period is 24 months, of which the wine spends 12 months in oak barrels (Allier and Troncais) and another 12 in bottles.
