The grapes are hand-picked from various plots farmed according to biodynamic practices. Maceration lasts one week. 15% of the grapes are vinified whole bunches. Fermentation and aging take place in oak vats, each holding 25/50 hl, for 11 months. Bottling is done without filtration or the addition of sulfites.
