Interesting Facts
This light, fresh wine is made from one of the most famous varieties of Italy. Sangiovese is harvested exclusively by hand in the second half of September, immediately delivered to the winery, where the berries are subjected to delicate pressing. The wine is aged on fine lees for several months.
