Interesting Facts
Riesling Knewitz wine is created from grapes growing on the slopes of the Welzbach Valley. The harvest is harvested in September upon reaching full maturity. After maceration, the berries are carefully pressed and fermented with their own yeast in stainless steel tanks and traditional oak barrels.
