Interesting Facts
Since time immemorial, the villagers have passed by this old vineyard every Sunday on their way to church. Thanks to this, Kirchensteig (the path to the church) got its name. Organic viticulture methods allow you to get the most expressive grape terroir. Fermentation takes place in steel, after which the wine is aged for a year on fine lees before bottling.
