Interesting Facts
Organic wine made from hand-picked Paserina grapes. The farm plots are 150 meters above sea level. The vines have a north-eastern exposure with the Guyot type and a density of 5,000 bushes per 1 hectare. The wine undergoes fermentation and subsequent aging in steel. The wine is named after a dancer who performed at the Annibal Caro Theater, opened in 1872.
