Interesting Facts
The Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation, which gave Côte de Nuits its name, is almost entirely dedicated to Pinot Noir. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 14-16 months.
