Interesting Facts
Le Petit Mouton is the second wine from Château Mouton Rothschild, produced since 1993. The grapes are hand-picked into small baskets. Fermentation takes place in oak vats. After malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels, the wine is aged for 22 months in oak before bottling.
