Interesting Facts
This magnificent wine belongs to the line "Dissidents" (Les Dissidents), and reflects the rebellious spirit of local wines that violate the rules of appellation production, and because of this have a simple Vin de France classification. For this cuvée, Arvin grapes are harvested by hand from clay-limestone soils. Frementation and subsequent aging on fine lees takes place in large oak foudres with a volume of 2000 liters. Bottling is carried out without the use of sulfites
