Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the Kokur grape variety. The grapes were pressed without maceration. Fermentation with wild yeast takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature no higher than 20 degrees Celsius. The wine is also aged in stainless steel on fine lees.
