Interesting Facts
100% Tempranillo from vineyards in the western part of the Ribera del Duero region. The grapes are harvested into 12-kilogram crates and then placed in cool steel tanks for five days to extract aromatic compounds. Fermentation lasts 12 days at temperatures between 23°C and 26°C, with *remontage* (pump-overs) performed throughout the entire period. The wine is aged for five months in French and American oak barrels and bottled the following June.
