Zagarolo is a special place. An ancient village near Rome, on a tuff hill, where a delicate balance between nature and man reigns. The wine is a blend of 2 varieties - Montepulciano and Cesanese. After a long maceration on the pulp at high temperatures and fermentation, the wine is aged on the sediment in steel for 7 months.
