Interesting Facts
Wine is made of grapes of the variety of Tinta de Toro. Vineyards are located between the Duero and Hornia rivers at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. The average age of grape vines reaches 50 years. Harvesting manually in small boxes of 20 kg. Fundation maceration lasts 3 days, then alcohol fermentation is followed for 22 days and low -class fermentation at a strictly controlled temperature in the van of stainless steel. After, the wine is placed for 12 months for exposure in 225-liter second-use barrels from American and French oak.
