Interesting Facts
The grapes for this semi-dry wine are harvested exclusively at night, and immediately sent to the winery, where, after a short maceration, fermentation begins in steel at low temperatures. A small amount of Sauvignon Blanc in the blend helps to balance the light sweetness, which is ideal for pairing with various bright sauces.
