The wine has an elegant garnet color with a ruby tint.

The wine is dry, with a rich flavor and velvety tannins. On the palate, cherry, plum and northern berries are perfectly balanced with hints of spice and noble wood. Long aftertaste with hints of cherry pits.

Interesting Facts
Sangiovese is the hallmark of Tuscany. This is a record variety. More DOCG wines are produced from Sangiovese than from any other variety. The wine is aged in barrels for a year (85% in large Slavonian oak barrels, 15% in French barriques). After bottling, the wine rests for 3 months before going on sale.
