Interesting Facts
Classic Chilean Carmenere, aged for 8 months in oak barrels. The Central Valley has a Mediterranean climate with moderately humid winters, dry warm summers and cool nights, which ensures good ripening of the grapes. The harvest is collected when the berries reach optimal ripeness. After harvesting, the berries undergo careful selection and are gently pressed. Fermentation with selected yeasts and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
