Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Albariño grapes, grown in unique areas where the vines are over 30 years old. The berries are delicately pressed at the winery. Fermentation of the wort lasts about 15 days at a temperature of 16 to 18℃. Aging takes place for 2 months in stainless steel vats with constant batonage.
