This stunning pet nat is made from Garnacha Nera grapes harvested from the unique sites of the Penedès region. After fermentation, which takes place immediately in the bottle, the wine was aged on yeast sediment for 9 months. In the bottle you will find an incredibly light, elegant natural wine with a minimum amount of sulfites.
