Cellier des Dauphins

In 1965, six wine producers in the Côtes du Rhône united in a cooperative, which a few years later was named "Union des Vignerons des Côtes du Rhône". After the release of wines under the brand Cellier des Dauphines by the cooperative in 1967, it was briefly called that way - Cellier de Dauphin.

This name was not chosen by chance. Once upon a time, the land in the Rhone Valley, on which the vineyards of the cooperative are located, belonged to the sons of the king of France.

In our time, the vineyard area of the cooperative "Selle de Dauphin" is 18,000 hectares. They are located in different sub-regions of the Rhone Valley. Today, the cooperative includes 13 wineries representing a wide range of wines. "Cellier des Dauphines" produces 30% of the total production in Côte du Rhone.

Cellier de Dauphin wines are known for their high quality and are recognizable by their unique bottle, which is an exact replica of a 19th century bottle. The production lines of the cooperative are currently among the most powerful, and the cellar is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
