BARDINET

In 1857, a young Limoges liqueur maker, Paul Bardine, experimented with aging in oak barrels, discovered new flavors and aromas of sugar cane distillate, and created Negrita Rhum. After 30 years, Paul's son Edouard Bardinet leaves Limoges for Bordeaux, where he builds a large winery and expands the company's range, starting to produce sugarcane syrups, fruit punches and cocktails. In the 70s of the 20th century, production is transferred to the Fleurenne estate and occupies a magnificent plot of 15.5 hectares on the outskirts of the city of Bordeaux. The estate includes huge cellars for the long aging of brandy.

Now the farm is equipped with the most modern technologies and equipment. At the moment, Bardine is the No. 1 French brandy producer in the world, as well as the only French brandy producer that traditionally ages its products in its own cellars.
