Eberbach-Schafer

Eberbach-Schäfer Winery is a family-owned winery located in Lauffen am Neckar (Baden-Württemberg, Germany), one of the country's oldest wine-growing regions. The company's history dates back to 1660, when the winemaker Simon Eberbach was first mentioned in archival documents. For over 360 years, the business has been passed down from generation to generation, combining centuries-old winemaking traditions with modern production technologies.

Today, Eberbach-Schäfer cultivates approximately 30 hectares of vineyards, focusing on an environmentally friendly approach to vine cultivation. The vineyards are cultivated with consideration for the specific characteristics of each individual site, maximizing the character of the local terroir. The core of the winery's offerings are white, red, and sparkling wines, as well as premium lines reflecting the diversity of varieties and winemaking traditions of the region.
