Vineyards Klosterberg spread over 100 hectares in the Kamptal region. The influence of the warm eastern Pannonian climate and cool forests form here a large difference in day and night temperatures, allowing the grapes to ripen gradually. Back in 1622, the Jesuits took over the vineyards at the castle and built a wine cellar. In 1960, the Kleinbauer (Kleinbauer) family became the owners of the farm. The family grows only Grüner Veltliner and the red variety Zweigelt. Vineyards work with minimal use of artificial fertilizers
