The grapes for this magnificent Riesling are harvested exclusively by hand and immediately delivered to the winery, where, after a two-day maceration, fermentation takes place with natural yeast. All vinification processes take place in steel (85%) and small oak barrels (15%). The wine has excellent potential in 10 years or more.
