The vineyards of the Allan Scott Winemakers family are basically located in the middle part of the Wairau valley. Riesling harvest takes place in the early morning hours, after the berries are immediately transported to the winery. The entire fermentation process takes place in huge stainless steel vats under strict temperature control. This superb wine combines the amazing "Northern" Riesling acidity with the stunning fruity character that New Zealand wines are known for.
